Are these samples royalty free?

Yes, everything in the sample packs are royalty free. You are free to use the samples for both commercial- and non commercial purposes.

Where are my sounds? I was never emailed a link. 
Most often the case is the email containing the sounds has been sent to your junk mail folder. Please make sure to check that! The email comes from Sellfy. Another common reason is the email linked to your paypal account is different than the email you currently use. The sound link is sent to the email connected to your paypal. Lastly is paying by e-check. Paypal takes 4-5 business days to process an e-check and sellfy will hold delivery of the link until payment is cleared.

Can I download these on my phone?

No. These files must be downloaded using your laptop or desktop. This is a zipped file with contents within.

Do you offer refunds?

All digital sales are final.

For any undamaged physical product, simply return it with its included accessories and packaging along with the original receipt (or gift receipt) within 14 days of the date you receive the product, and we will exchange it or offer a refund based upon the original payment method.
